By accessing, browsing, or using SIGNAL ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SIGNAL. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.
SIGNAL is a portfolio tracking, analytics, and social platform that provides tools for monitoring investments, exploring market data, following other investors, and subscribing to creator content. The Platform does not provide brokerage services, execute trades, hold funds, custody assets, or offer investment advice. SIGNAL is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.
Nothing on SIGNAL constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content, data, analytics, creator posts, portfolio displays, trade alerts, performance metrics, and community features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. SIGNAL owes no fiduciary duty to any user.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person. You must immediately notify SIGNAL of any unauthorised use of your account.
Certain features on SIGNAL require a paid subscription to creator content. By subscribing, you authorise SIGNAL and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. SIGNAL reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Creators set their own subscription prices independently.
Creators on SIGNAL are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SIGNAL. SIGNAL does not verify, endorse, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any creator's posts, trade history, performance claims, strategies, or recommendations. Past performance displayed by any creator does not guarantee future results. You follow or subscribe to creators entirely at your own risk.
Congressional trading profiles are based on publicly available STOCK Act financial disclosures. This data is provided as a public information convenience only and may not be complete, accurate, timely, or up to date. SIGNAL makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of this data. Displaying this data does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation to replicate any disclosed trading activity.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SIGNAL expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. SIGNAL does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGNAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, INVESTMENTS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any content, data, or information obtained from the Platform; (c) any investment or financial decisions made based on information on the Platform; (d) unauthorised access to your account; or (e) any conduct or content of any third party, including creators. In no event shall SIGNAL's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to SIGNAL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIGNAL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any content you submit or share on the Platform; or (e) any investment decisions you make based on information obtained through the Platform.
All SIGNAL branding, logos, design, software, and proprietary content are the exclusive property of SIGNAL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any SIGNAL intellectual property without express written consent. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users; however, by posting content on SIGNAL, you grant SIGNAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Platform.
SIGNAL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15 shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), unless otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
SIGNAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
