No credit card, no trial, no "premium tier" gotcha. The only paid feature is optional subscriptions to specific content creators (if you want them) — that money goes to the creator, not us.

What Congress and insider data do you track?+

STOCK Act disclosures from the 100 most-active traders in Congress — the members whose filings actually matter — ingested in real-time as they hit the clerk's office. Every Form 4 filed on SEC EDGAR by officers, directors and 10%+ owners. Every 13F filing (quarterly) from every institutional fund with more than $100M AUM — Berkshire, Pershing Square, Scion, Bridgewater, Baupost, and 5,000+ others. Filter by member, fund, ticker, date range. Follow who you want and their moves land on your feed.

How fast are insider alerts?+

As fast as EDGAR publishes the filing. Form 4s are required within 2 business days of the transaction. The moment SEC EDGAR ingests the filing, Signal parses it, matches it to the stocks you're watching, and pushes to your feed — plus a Telegram ping if you've set one up. Typically within 60 seconds of EDGAR availability.

Does it cover international markets?+

Yes. Stock explorer, watchlists and portfolio tracking support LSE (.L), Euronext (.PA, .AS, .BR), Tokyo (.T), Toronto (.TO), Hong Kong (.HK), Frankfurt (.DE), ASX (.AX), and more — with native currency display. Insider data is US SEC only; Congress data is US only; 13F data is US-registered funds only.

Do I need to connect my brokerage?+

No. Signal is a research and tracking platform, not a broker. You don't have to connect anything to use the live feed, research tools, or alerts. If you want portfolio tracking, you can add positions manually or import a CSV. We never see your brokerage credentials. Your data stays on your device and our servers only.

What about my privacy?+

Your portfolio and watchlists are private by default. Nothing is public unless you explicitly toggle it. We don't sell, rent, or trade data — ever. No third-party advertising cookies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card or bank details. Read the full Privacy Policy.
